We can provide the text in any format required. We accept source files in all digital and analog formats. We highly recommend digital audio or standard audio cassettes as the quality of recording is much higher, but we are committed to providing the best possible transcription service based on the audio you send us.

We are happy to sign any standard non-disclosure agreements necessary for confidential subject matter. We can also securely transfer files via FTP if you are not comfortable receiving them electronically through email.

We guarantee a 98% or higher rate of accuracy since our transcription rates are based on the number of minutes of audio you have and not cranking out as many lines as possible.

Our prices are economical but nowhere do we compromise on the quality. We want you to make the best and most well-informed decision possible, which is possible when you know upfront the basic rate you will pay. It's one of our many ways to show that we value each relationship with every client!

Our basic rates have been classified into three segments; A, B & C.

Segment A: Single person interview or standard one on one interview recorded in digital format, standard cassette, or video format.

Segment B: Any interviews with a total of 3 people / Micro cassette interviews/ Any audio with significant noise in the background/ Any audio that has voices that are difficult to understand (i.e. poor recording, soft voices, etc.)

Segment C: Any audio with 4 or more speakers/ Presentations dealing with highly scientific terminology or very thick accents/ Panel discussions, focus groups, conference calls, seminars with multiple participants.

Special features & Additional services :

	We are also into language translation and thus, have the expertise to provide transcription services in various Indian, Asian and European languages, apart from English.
	Transcribed scripts can be translated to any language you require.
