2. I use spell-check to correct typos and misspellings but not relying solely on it
3. I use style guide to ensure style consistency
4. Ask an outsider who knows proper grammar, punctuation, and style to ensure that
the intended meaning is clearly communicated (if the information that I a working on
is not confidential)
