| PRESENT JOB RESPONSIBILITY |
- Drafting deeds and documents, replies, plaints, petitions, written statements, precipes, notice of motion, chamber summons etc.
- Drafting agreements
- Drafting of Legal notices & replies to legal notices as well as legal queries.
- Liaison with Counsels, Solicitors and advocates with respect to the various matters handled by them.
- Liaison with various government officials for various matters
- Maintaining legal case files, legal documents and records.
- Conducting research work for litigation and non-litigation matters civil, criminal as well as Company matters.
- Overall handling and assisting legal department.
- Translating Documents Legal and General English to Marathi, Marathi to English

| JOB RESPONSIBILITY |
- Monitoring the maintenance of attendance records of staff and leave records.
- Monitoring the preparation of salary and check whether the deductions are carried out as per laid down procedures.
- Ensuring that the P.F., ESI, Prof. Tax statements are prepared correctly and forwarded to the F&A dept.,. for the preparation of cheques / DD etc.
- Processing the P.F. Withdrawal Forms and co-ordinate with the consultant for speedy disposal.
- Co-ordinate with the P.F. and ESI consultant for all matters related to PF and ESI and ensure that the Annual Returns / Half Yearly returns are submitted on time.
- Ensuring compliance under Shops & Establishment Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act etc.
- Handle grievances of guarding personnel and staff & resolve issues like PF, ESI, Legal dues, Salary, Bonus etc.
- Ensure that all the statutory dues are paid on or before the due dates.
- Monitoring and verifying the clearance dues of employees who have left the organization are done without any delay and checking whether all the necessary formalities e.g. exit interview, handing taking over etc. have been completed.
- Follow-up with the regions and branches for the monthly reports.
- Compile the monthly reports for presentation in the Management Review Meeting.
- Monitor the Statutory Dues of all branches.
- Monitor and keeping a track of Legal Cases of all branches and liasoning with the legal consultants and other Advocates.
- Handling inspections under various Acts.
- Liasioning with the Government Authorities and attending hearings before the Profession tax, Provident Fund and service tax authorities.
- Issue of Appointment letters, Termination letters, Acceptance of Resignations, Transfer, Show Cause Notices, Promotion Letters to employees.
- Audit the depts. / branches assigned in the capacity of ‘Inter Quality Auditor’.
- Have handled successfully the ISO audit of the dept.
- Ensure that all the documentation is as per the ISO procedures.
- Independently correspond with internal and external clients
- Training of Personnel dept. conducted to newly recruited employees .
