• Working as a German customer care Executive for an international shopping house “Amazon.de” catering to the queries of German customers.

• Understanding customer’s concern and resolving e-mails which require good command over German language and understanding of German culture.
• To resolve e-mails with a high degree of efficiency within a specified timeframe while maintaining the highest standards of Quality.
