- Manage the salt works staff.
- Assist the Project Manager to plan, organize and translate all documents from Spanish to English relating to the execution of the next phase of the expansion project.

- My duties were to make sure that the three functional departments under my care were functioning efficiently, effectively and be cost effective.
- Make sure all logistics were properly taken care of in order to make these departments function.
- Make sure all deliveries to the clients were done within the specified time.
- Pay attention to client request to the minutest detail.
- Assist the Market Personnel whenever necessary with professional advice in order to close a deal with a client to make a sale for the company.
- I have also taken up the responsibilities to close deals with clients where I have been able to make very valuable suggestions for them to make decisions.
- I make sure monthly reports on all activities from the Operations department are submitted on time.

- I had two Strategic Business Units (SBU’s) under my care.
- I was responsible for a total workforce of 120 people
- I had to make sure that all the computer systems were up and running so as not to miss turn around time (TAT)
- Made sure productivity, production and quality targets were achieved through the best management practices.
- Make sure that budget allocated to my department was used in the most cost effective way.

- I was responsible for a workforce of 135 people
- I made sure set targets were achieved through efficient and effective use of resource available to me.
- I was able to help raise quality levels of the finished products from a low of 30% to a record 90% which had not been achieved in a very long time.
