In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree (Specialization in French literature) from University of Burdwan, I also hold an Advanced Diploma Certification in Computer (NIIT – CALCUTTA AND IGNOU). Completed Advanced Diploma Course in the French Language from Alliance Francaise de Calcutta(A cultural wing of the Embassy of France in India)

With professional experience of Fifty Four months in Training and Development and Human Resource Department, I am fortunate to have learnt a great deal from various people I came across in my career, including my superiors, subordinates and students.
ALLIANCE FRANCAISE DE CALCUTTA
In the course of a TWENTY FOUR-month association with ALLIANCE FRANCAISE DE CALCUTTA, I was responsible for the generation of handling important library French material for various topics, which included:
- Keeping unto date the statistics
- Buying and selling books from France and within the city
- Taking part in various book farers in India
- Organizing various cultural activities
- Giving information to the Indian student to higher study in France(Desk Edu France)
- Handling the acc making a budget
- Pertain information about various French university in India
- Organizing various cultural activities in the library such as French poetry competion, French song completion, French national day with help of the Embassy of France in India.
During this assignment at ALLIANCE FRANCAISE DE CALCUTTA, I was actively involved in conceptualizing, organizing and coordinating programs and workshops. Apart from that I even undertook the responsibility of giving information about higher studies in France and organizing various cultural events in the city with French and Indian artist.

During my long association with Inlingua International, as Training and Development Senior Instructor, I was involved in conceptualizing, organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for Voice Modulation, Accent Neutralization,(English and French) Business Communication and Actual Telemarketing processes. Apart from that I even undertook the responsibility of Recruitment Management Solutions concerning Voice, Language, Accent, Behavior, Personality, Business Communication and Etiquettes assessment for various requirements from wide range of clients. At the end of every Training modules I also designed monitoring and final evaluation reports for the inspection of the quality of production from the in-house Trainers and Trainees for wide range of clients. This Trainers and Trainees were assessed with grueling Exams Sessions during and after the course modules, with emphasis on their performance especially in stressful situations.
