JOB FUNCTIONS:
Involved thoroughly in the establishment of the new facility of Birlasoft in China:-
1. Translation and review of the NDA agreement between the Chinese vendor and BSL.
2. Scanning of profiles to be hired for the position of software engineers in China
3. Conducting pre-liminary interviews in mandarin.
Also, working in the PMO (Project Management Office):-
1. Handling Outstanding Invoices Management of all the accounts for GE
2. Releasing various Dashboards like Outstanding Dashboard, NPS Dashboard
3. NPS Management
4. Generating invoices on the client eGDC Tool
5. Updating payments on the same
6. Keeping a track of the Service Credits given to the client
7. Analyzing the performance and continuous improvement of the projects
8. Developing the new ways of tracking the project performance
9. Providing account level information at various levels
10. Reconciled the whole GE invoicing at a YTD level.
Provide direct end user L1 support for the web based application in Mandarin and also doing manual testing of various applications using Quality Centre tool.
1. Providing Training for the new joinees
2. Granting appropriate access to the new users.
3. Guiding the user in submitting the shipment in the ILS application (in mandarin).
4.Updating the user details and the Consignee and Shipper details in the Application
5. Analyzing the incoming tickets from various teams and providing appropriate solutions for it.
6. Provide functional support assisting end users in how to use the system and inquiries of Logistics Solutions.
7. Where possible provide real time solutions for user problems. Where this is not possible the issue will be directed to another Support team, other technical team, functional owner or Infrastructure group as appropriate and tracked through successful resolution
8. General communications to the end-user community as appropriate to alert for outages, applications issues, and planned upgrades
9. Sending the Weekly status document to the team and client.
