WORK EXPERIENCE
Current Employment: Presently working as a Chinese language specialist with one of the leading software solution providers named ‘Birlasoft’ in Noida since October, 2007.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Translation of the documents from Chinese to English vis-à-vis English to Chinese
- Taking internal trainings for the Chinese language
- Worked closely with the PMO (Project Management Office), wherein major responsibility was to keep the progress report of all the projects.
- Providing project related information at various levels
- Analyzing the performance and continuous improvement of the projects
- Developing the new ways of tracking the project performance
Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide bilingual support for the helpdesk of the Learning Management System which included:-
- Translation of the emails from Chinese (Mandarin) to English and vice-a-versa.
- Receiving and making calls in mandarin.
- Co-coordinating between the client and it’s vendors for the training needs of its employees
Worked on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool from Netsuite.
