June 2007- Till date : Logica, Bangalore as a French Language Translator.
Job Responsibility:
Technical Translation: Translation of French applications support documents and other technical documents from French to English and vice-versa. Coordinate with colleagues supporting French applications in solving incidents related issues and other queries by conversing in French or through emails with the users. Teach basic French survival tips to the team. My other job includes call logging in Remedy tool as part of SAP Helpdesk support. And I also handle Change Requests Management.
Aug. 2003 – Dec. 2006 : In IBM Daksh Gurgaon, as a Sr. Customer Support Specialist cum Quality Lead for a French Process – Amazon.fr.
Job Responsibility:
We provide customer support for online shoppers of Amazon.fr through e-mails. Maintain the Client’s Quality Standard Requirements while handling the customer issues. Achieve daily individual targets in resolving queries. Also as a Quality Lead my job was to maintain that the team follows the quality norms and make sure that we provide full customer satisfaction and reduce the dissatisfaction rate. I was able to achieve this and won several best performer awards for quality and customer support. |
