Springboard Research (March 2009 till date) Language Analyst (German)

I am currently employed with SBR, as a part of its primary research team. Springboard’s Primary Research services help its customers to gather research and data crucial to their business directly. Springboard has a track-record of doing multi-lingual, multi-country surveys on a global basis through both phone surveys and online/web surveys and uses high-end CATI systems and other technologies to provide end-to-end solutions including questionnaire design, programming, data collection, data QC, translations, along with detailed analysis and presentation of the data.. I am working as a Language Analyst (German). My core responsibilities are:

• Translation of the German websites.
• Translation of project related documents (From German to English and English to German Language).
• Worked on German projects for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland and Czech Republic
• Collecting information from clients through primary and secondary research by using high-end CATI systems and other technologies.
• Analyzing, Profiling and presenting the data in detail.
• Data collection and data QC.
• Punching of the information collected.

ISource Opportunities (March 2007 – February 2009)  Analyst

I worked with iSource Opporunities, a KPO based in Noida, India. iSouce conducts market research for various IT Companies and is also working on an international project for a UK based company (iisearches). I worked in an international project for APAC region and GERMAN spoken countries, which carries frequent performance evaluations of every analyst with respect to the degree of adherence of the script & products or services specific information. My core responsibilities included:

• Analyzing the market through primary and secondary research.
• Make outbound calls in German spoken countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland),
• Gather the information about various pension funds and then write reports in German Language.
• Profiling the data.

 Falcon Business Resources Pvt. Ltd (December 2005 – Feb. 2007)   Event Coordinator 
I worked as an Event Coordinator at Falcon Business Resources; an Event Management Firm conducts various event, promotional activities and exhibitions for the clients based in New Delhi, India.
The core responsibilities handled were:

• Marketing of events by making calls or through face to face interaction with significant client.
• Collecting valuable database.

• Pursuing MBA from Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning (SCDL).
• Certificate in Business German (ZDfB) from Max Müller Bhavan (Goethe Institute), New Delhi, India.

• Attended a 3 days training on financial markets and portfolio allocation by DCGardner Training (Training in Finance)
• Attended 2 months winter and summer Jazz Dance workshop 2008-09 conducted by The DanceworX.

 INTERESTS & HOBBIES
I have varied interests and pursue different hobbies. My interests and hobbies include listening to music, dancing, Swimming and cooking Indian Food.
