1st June 2007 I worked on different due diligences for different clients (I was responsible mainly in reviewing and summarizing the industrial agreements of the target client). I drafted, reviewed and translated contracts of different natures (for example transfer of shares, sale agreements .Etc) .I was part of a team handling the registration of representative office for a French client here in Egypt in front of the GAFI. And finally I gave a lot of legal advices related to labor matters, taxes issues, transfer of shares, arbitration law and many others issues related to different Egyptian laws for Egyptian clients as well as foreigners investors.
