- Awarded the Gold medal as Risk/BCP champion in the whole of AXA-BS for year 2009.

Job Profile:-
- Responsible for processing of Remittance from Japan customers, processing of forex receipt conversion and credit memos, Interacting with Japanese customers on daily basis through e-mail and calls in Japanese language and handing query resolution
- Responsible for the Training of new joinees and fresher updates for the team. Prepared the training manuals in Japanese language and got customers sign-off. Trained all the joinees in the process on calling etiquettes in Japanese and usage of business language
- Handling Quality check for the process and publishing the error report and action plan on monthly basis.
- Responsible for preparing monthly/weekly MIS for senior management and customers, running ageing report customer wise-bucket wise, monthly payment clearance for corporate and individual invoice for all LOB
- Responsible for handling 8 people in Japan & APAC cash application process – from training to daily work allocation, QC checking and end to end query resolution. Acting as Team Lead in the absence of process manager.
