My degree in Behavioral Science have given me, apart from a broad foundation in pedagogy, the opportunity to train my abilities in critical thinking, creativity and ability to master my thoughts in the spoken and written language. My education has also given me knowledge and experience in working both in groups with other students as well as working on projects alone. As a part of my education I studied 6 months in London, London Metropolitan University, as an exchange student. My education in London gave me good knowledge in the English language and also to understand different cultures better.
Bachelor´s degree paper: “Some Christian and Muslim students views on swearwords”
My degree papers aim was to examine how different nationalities and cultures can affect the usage of the Swedish language. The examination is based on a quality method with personal interviews of students.

WORK EXPERIENCE
2007 – 2008-07-18 Administrator Schenker (GLS import
Assignments: Customer care, administrative work; production watch, handle of return parcels
Head assignment: Echo pack (pick up and return parcels, GLS)
This assignment gave me a lot of freedom in how to work out a productive way in handling all Echo pack, parcels picked up in Sweden and returned to other countries. I was doing the administration and started building up our close customer contact. After working with Echo pack in 6 months, I trained a colleague in Malmoe (Sweden), who took over when I left.
2007 Executive assistance for the Vice President and President of Singhania University Udaipur.
Assignments: To co-ordinate with the students, and counsel the student.
I was working with this only for a short time, but did learn a lot during that time. Since the University was new
and not yet finished, it gave me and the other staff a chance to be a part of it from the beginning.

Marketing executive for WAFT systems (Multieducation)
Assignment: Contracting with students and agents, consulting students.
This project gave me a lot of experience, I was alone working with this in Delhi, and everything was new to me in India. I took up on this challenge and did well. I have learnt a lot from it and I have taken a lot with me for the future.

This post has given me a good routine in service and receiving customers, not only from Sweden, and to work under stress. It has also given me broad knowledge in administrative work and working with Excel and other internal programmes. I have also learned a lot in a very short time.
