Around 96%of population recognize themselves as Roman Catholic, 2% identify themselves as Protestant and other 2% of population is of mixed religion.
Percentage of educated people is higher as education is compulsory in Venezuela. 93.4% people of total population are educated. Like other American countries, population of European inhabitant is quite considerable and is supposed among ethnic groups of the country. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Germans are among ethnic groups of Venezuela. Apart from European community, Arab, Africans and Amerindian are also among ethnic groups of the country.
