Sumo is indigenously Japanese sport and synonymous with Japan. It is national and most popular sports in Japan. Special flower arrangement is known as ikebana and the particular way women wear dress is called Kimono. Samurais are well known in all over the world for their courage and bravery.
Food is authentic in Japan. People share personal and intimate relationship with food. Tonkatsu (fried breaded pork cutlet), tempura (deep fried sea food), sashimi (slice of raw fish) Shabu-shabu(deep fried beef), okonomiyaki, nigirizushi or finger sushi (Japanese rice with slice of raw fish) are the most popular cousin. Fish is used in various forms as grilled, fried or baked fish. Tofu, mushroom, noodles, sauce, beverages are the base of most of the food.
