We at translation have well placed security system where no one except the project manager and translator have access to any document from our client.
Our computer/Laptops are places in safe place and have password access so only authorized user are allowed to use it. Even our secretarial staff is not allowed to open the computer of project managers all our translator have sign NDA ( non discloser agreement ) on annual basis and they cannot pass any data of the client to any one.
Once the job is done we take permission from the client to delete the translation document from our system and also from email/ ftp sites where ever the data is places and request our translator also to place the.
We also return or destroy any kind of hard material after the consent of the client.
We are happy to sign any standard non-disclosure agreements necessary for confidential subject matter. If required, we can also securely transfer files via FTP when you are not comfortable receiving them electronically through email. |
